We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: UK TA Senior Administrator - Investor Services

This role sits within the UKTA Investor Services Contact Centre primarily dealing with inbound telephone enquries with focus on managing and servicing calls from Investors. The calls will cover retail and institutional investors and telephone dealing could form part of the role from time to time.

Whilst the phone work is the primary focus there will be cross over into other areas of UKTA such as the Correspondence team, this will be at the discretion of the Management team. There will also be an element of outbound calls to investors.The services will typically support multiple Asset Managers with a range of products (OEICS, Unit Trusts, ISAs, Investment Trusts) and there will be quality controls and oversight and maker/checker processes in place.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Carry out day to day processing of activities within the department to ensure that all tasks are processed in accordance with agreed procedures and controls and in accordance with relevant fund parameters
- Provide written correspondence and resolutions to customer requests
- Carry out training and coaching of lesser experienced members of the team
- Deal with more complex customer queries
- Be involved in adhoc projects within the department and carry out testing when required

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Solid background of working within a customer facing role such as a contact centre environment
- Previous experience in Investor/Shareholder Services/Transfer Agency or UK Funds industry is desirable
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
- Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting demands and work within a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills in order to provide solutions to customer queries
- Can build relationships quickly and be comfortable in having challenging conversations
- Detail orientated with excellent attention to accuracy
- Some knowledge of Investment products such as OEIC’s, Unit Trusts, ISA’s and/or Investment Trusts would be highly beneficial
