**Role Purpose**

To provide effective compliance support to the Minimum Energy efficiency standards project. Utilise the existing data systems and generate an intelligence-led approach to identifying non-compliant dwellings, produce reports, letters and organise officer site visits.
- To ensure all relevant records are maintained and that data, including management information, are collected, processed and submitted on a timely basis. Using this to inform decisions, implement change and to make recommendations for improvement.
- To undertake desktop checks and assist case officers with onsite compliance checks and surveys; assist officers with enforcement actions
- Liaise and maintain good working relationships with other professionals from external, voluntary and statutory organisations to the enhancement of the service.
- Managing and maintaining office systems, registers and databases and filing.
- To support continuous improvement within the Service in line with becoming ‘Best in Class’.
- To work in a flexible manner and be willing to undertake other duties as reasonably requested including outside of office hours.
