**The role**:
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an administrator who will be responsible for coordinating service and operational activities within the business. An exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a role that has the scope to learn, develop and to make it your own.

**Duties will include**:

- Co-ordinating the day to day service activity of the Building Maintenance engineers, including arranging of planned maintenance, reactive visits and installations.
- Liaising with customers, field service engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Manage workload and what work is required, when and how it is best completed in urgency or importance
- Raising purchase orders and invoices

**The person**:

- GCSE’s or equivalent, to include English and Maths
- Experience of general office administration
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Worked within the construction, engineering or facilities management industry would be preferable but not essential

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Day shift, flexible on start and finish times
- No weekends

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
