Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Aldermaston. This role involves working closely with operational teams to ensure risk is correctly managed in accordance with company standards.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with a salary of approximately 50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques, with experience in a hard services facilities management environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Senior Risk Manager
- Develop and implement the company's management system for risk management
- Audit and monitor the implementation of the management system
- Work with operational teams to ensure risk is correctly managed
The successful candidate will have:
- Formal technical education in mechanical or electrical discipline, or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in FM or building services maintenance position of authority
Or:
- An experienced facilities/building services manager with at least 5 years relevant experience
