We are pleased to announce that we have an exciting opportunity at Supreme Care for Support Workers.

Supreme Care have recently opened a new Supported Living home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health in the Birmingham area. You will be a part of opening a brand-new scheme, alongside the Registered Manager.

Supreme Care are looking for people who are friendly, positive and have a genuine passion to support others.

**We have 2 x part time positions available. (20-25 hours per week)**

As a support worker you will
- Play a key role in offering person centred support to people with learning disabilities and

mental health conditions.
- Play a key role in supporting a person to achieve their goals and positive outcomes as

defined in their support plan.
- Support people in their home as well as in the community with activities of their choice.
- Support with personal care and medication administration when required.
- Support with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning and paperwork.
- To empower and promote independence with the people we support.

Person Specifications
- Experience within the care industry is desired but not essential
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- IT literate
- A positive attitude with a caring and compassionate personality
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as lone work
- A full driving license is desired but not essential.
- Be able to work between the hours of 7am - 10pm as well as being available for sleep ins.
