Local Authority Admissions Consultant - Remote / 35-42k

My client is a leading provider of Education Software, they require someone who has worked within a local Authority Admissions team to work within their specialised Admissions implementation team.

Working within the Children and Young People Division you will be working with their Children's Services software helping to simplify and manage the key process of sharing information. As a leading supplier of case management software and consultancy tochildren’s services, their team and their solutions work comprehensively across **Admissions, Special Education Needs, Additional Learning Needs Ect.**

This role will require Government Security Clearance (SC) and an Enhanced Criminal Record Check.

Key Responsibilities
- Gathering & Documenting Customer Processes
- Leading on Customer Training
- Creation of Training and User documentation
- Implementation and configuration of the software
- Aspects of Project Management

Specific Job Skills/Experience
- Prior experience using education management information systems is preferred.
- Exposure to the Admissions, Statutory Special Education Needs (SEN) process and experience of Local Authority Education Services is preferred.
- Experience in training groups of end users and being able to display your knowledge of various Education Management system modules such as Admissions, SEN and other Education Services.
- Experience of software delivery and digital transformation is preferred.
- As a member of the team, we hugely value your ability to communicate externally and internally at all levels, fluently and consistently so strong communication skills are essential.
- We value problem-solving, attention to detail, and efficient and conscientious record-keeping capabilities.
- Training using the software will be given.
- The team is rapidly growing, and you will be expected to hit the ground running, you will be expected to display a high level of accountability and responsibility, showing initiative and collaboration with the wider team.
