Renal Admissions Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has risen to come and join us in Renal & Transplant Services located at Hammersmith Hospital as a Renal Admissions Supervisor.
The Post holder will run the delivery of excellent patient care across out busy Admissions Department here at Hammersmith Hospital.
We are looking for a positive and motivated person with an eye for detail to join our team and where you are enabled to develop.
Previous Experience of working with the public and/or patients in a healthcare environment
Experience of interacting with staff at all levels
Previous administrative ad orginisational experience
Experience of amnaging and prioritsing own workload and working to deadlines
Experience of dealing with non-routine and complex problems.
- To supervise the Renal Admissions team
- Supervises administrative processes of the Renal Admissions Team day-to-day.
- Supervises the planning and prioritization of the Admissions Team administrative tasks.
- Supervises team members and manages workflows relating to scheduling Theatre and non-Theatre procedures, the Admissions Team inbox, incoming correspondence and taking minutes for meetings related to theatre scheduling for the Renal Directorate.
- Supports implementation of new systems related to the Inpatient Waiting List and actively manages patients on the waiting list.
