Our client, based in Quedgeley, has a requirement for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis

The role requires general administration within the finance department including processing invoices and credit notes in line with company policy and in a timely and accurate manner

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Raising of all invoices from delivery note following confirmation and verification of proof of delivery
- Resolving customer invoice, credit and deduction queries
- Posting debit notes and credit notes onto customer accounts
- Regular reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
- Obtaining copies of all debit notes and deductions made by customers, tracking and logging debit notes and matching with credits
- Ensuring EDI and self-billing accounts are correct
- Provide customer payment and account history details as requested
- Assisting with credit control duties including but not limited to posting and reconciling cash as needed
- Update customer records accurately ensuring information held is relevant and up to date, to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- General administration and filing within the Accounts department
- Attention to detail and good accuracy
- Ability to work toward deadlines
- Effective in building relationships
- Be proficient at operating Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Hours **- Monday to Friday - 9am-5.30pm

**Salary** - £22,000 + Pension + Private Medical Insurance + Travel Insurance + Cycle to work scheme (on completion of a successful probation period)
