Treasury is responsible for providing a World Class cash management service to Kohler’s entities in the EMEA region.

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to enhance your financial skills with a professional environment on an initial 3 month fixed term contract. Reporting to Treasury Manager EMEA, you be responsible for full bank reconciliation and clearing processes for various entities within EMEA, while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

The key focus of the role is to ensure integrity of bank account movements in SAP and that the bank accounts are properly reconciled at month end.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Clearing bank movements into the bank account sub-ledgers of SAP
- Completing periodic month end closing activities
- Verifying that bank balances between bank and SAP match
- Full bank reconciliations at month end
- Downloading bank statements
- Running aged items report
- Re-posting any payments which have been rejected into SAP
- Supporting Internal and External Audits
- Able to provide training to other team members
- Assistance with transitions, process improvements and projects as delegated by Treasury Manager and/or Senior Treasury Clerks
- Providing support in e-banking administration, bank mandates and other Treasury related tasks as required
- Help with administrative tasks, like, post and scanning
- Assistance with bank clearing postings automation
- Support the Treasury team with operational tasks and projects
- Working closely with Treasury Front Office team

**Skills/Requirements**
- Educated to degree level, or 1-2 years Finance experience.
- An interest in future professional development
- SAP experience would be beneficial.
