**The day to day**
- Working alongside the Home Manager to deliver induction, training, mentoring and coaching to new and existing team members.
- Oversee the training of new team members, and monitor their progress on their Majesticare training journey.
- Encourage best practices throughout the team, helping team members to enhance their strengths and improve on their weaknesses.
- You will become an inspirational ‘Role Model’ for the team at Oaktree Court to learn from.
- Passionate about personal development, you will keep your own training skills up to date and undertake all training necessary to successfully conduct your role.
