Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a **Home Trainer** for an outstanding elderly nursing home in **Wellington in Somerset.** As an **experienced Trainer/ Mentor**, you are dedicated to providing your expertise as trainer/ mentor to staff within this nursing home.

**DUTIES**:

- Working alongside the Home Manager to deliver induction, training, mentoring and coaching to new and existing team members.
- Oversee the training of new team members, and monitor their progress.
- Encourage best practices throughout the team, helping team members to enhance their strengths and improve on their weaknesses.
- You will keep your own training skills up to date and undertake all training necessary to successfully conduct your role.
- As our care home Trainer & Team Mentor, your role will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. With your experience, and commitment to provide motivation and inspiration in training our team to be the very best.
- You will be experienced in a variety of training methods including face-to-face, e-learning, and mentorship programs. You are personable, positive, and know just how to engage with your team and bring out the best in people.
- Your role will be paramount in maintaining individual and team performance, ensuring consistently high standards are delivered and maintained in line with company expectations and the governing bodies within the care sector.

**CRITERIA**
- Assessor/ Mentor or relevant Training qualification
- Experienced Trainer / Mentor
- From a care background
