**This is a permanent role of 40 hours per week with a salary of £13 per hour.**

As an experienced **Trainer/Team Mentor**, your positive energy and supportive nature, you will thrive in developing a vibrant and passionate team. You will take a great sense of personal achievement in bringing out the very best in your team.

The main responsibilities of the **Trainer/Team Mentor **are:

- Working alongside the Home Manager to deliver induction, training, mentoring and coaching to new and existing team members.
- Oversee the training of new team members and monitor their progress on their training journey.
- Encourage best practices throughout the team, helping team members to enhance their strengths and improve on their weaknesses.
- You will become an inspirational ‘Role Model’ for the team.
- Passionate about personal development, you will keep your own training skills up to date and undertake all training necessary to successfully conduct your role.

The skills, knowledge and experience required of the **Trainer/Team Mentor **are:

- Experience of working in a care home environment.
- Talented in adapting your approach you will be experienced in a variety of training methods including face-to-face, e-learning, and mentorship programs.
- You are personable, positive, and know just how to engage with your team and bring out the best in people.
- Your role will be paramount in maintaining individual and team performance, ensuring consistently high standards are delivered and maintained in line with our clients’ expectations and the governing bodies within the care sector.
- Relevant training qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per day
