This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic and fast paced software development team, to help shape the future of our market leading software solutions and products.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Perform Scrum Master duties in an Agile software development environment, planning sprints and releases to meet business objectives while effectively managing risk and impediments for the team while demonstrating a good understanding of the technical challenges.
- As a Senior Scrum Master, assist, Identify and development clear on business improvements processes with clear focus on team effectiveness and team morale with software sprint teams.
- Design and Development clear Scrum function strategy alongside other cross functional departments. In addition, identify clear gaps to aid the growth of Scrum function within the business.
- Lead Improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
- Lead and Coach the organization in its Scrum adoption and focus on improving team dynamics and performance.
- Collaborate closely with software development team and other engineering colleagues, to answer queries in a timely fashion.
- Produce project plans, roadmaps, and project status reports to effectively communicate project information and status.
- Develop a Culture where agile principles are followed and adhered.
- Ability to design and implement Scrum Master processes including appropriate governance and reporting requirements.
- Map planning interfaces with Project Managers who are responsible for performance against overarching project level linear schedules, within which the iterative / agile approach must be reflected.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Project Management in a Scrum environment.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle, processes, and technologies.
- Working Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation skills.

**Desired criteria**:

- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
