The Scrum Master at Reward drives efficiency ensuring their teams are truly self-organising and focussed on continuous improvement. They are coaches to Developers, the Product Team and Software Managers on Agile Principles and are also protectors of their teams.Key Responsibilities
- In the role of Scrum Master at Reward you will be working with people who have varying levels of technical ability who are all working toward a common goal; creating autonomous, self-organising, empowered, and continuously improving teams. We actively reflect on our behaviour and continuously attempt to improve our most important asset - our people, and our way of working. Through the use of retrospectives, workshops, feedback, reflection and many other tools, both with your team and the wider business, this is the domain of the Scrum Master at Reward.Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ years working as a Scrum Master with prior experience in a software development environment.
- Familiarity using agile practices (Scrum, Kanban etc) to help teams succeed and organisations evolve.
- Capable of coaching teams and individuals to achieve an agile mindset
- Genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow.
- Ability to work with high-performing teams and challenge them to improve even further.
- Energized by working in a fast-moving environment and would enjoy helping shape a growing organisation.
- Solid communication skills and demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work with product owners, scrum teams and stakeholders remotely.
