Are you a CIPD qualified HR professional looking for a part-time role with flexible hours? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator, covering approximately 2 days per week, with days and hours negotiable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all documentation is in place for new employees and structure the induction process.
- Collaborate with departments to facilitate the onboarding process effectively.
- Support management in various HR functions.
- Keep HR policies current and relevant.
- Stay updated on minimum wage rates and other relevant regulations.
- Assist the quality department with HR-related matters.
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in HR administration or coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18.00-£20.32 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 21 per week
