Executive Assistant to Director

Our York based client offers a range of commercial and residential property services across the UK including building surveys, project management and property consultancy.
Founded in October, 2014, as a small team of specialist building surveyors. Sharing the same passion to deliver the most innovative and customer focused surveying and consultancy services to their clients.

**The Role**
You will provide day-to-day support to the Director and the Senior Management team. Supporting the team in diary management, travel arrangements and other vital administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**
- Administrative support to the Director and Senior Management team
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements
- Accurately input date into the CRM
- Collating together reports from various inputs, arranging key meeting agendas and minutes, follow-up on open actions where necessary pre/post-meetings
- Provide administrative support so that paperwork and reports are accurate, complete and accessible. Ensure all filing is maintained expediently and efficiently.
- Produce typed documents to a high standard of presentation and accuracy, either from audio, dictation, manuscript or secretariat duties.
**Key Skills and Experience**
- 2 years’ experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or in an administrative role
- Experienced and confident in using Microsoft packages including Outlook
- CRM Management
- Diary management
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Experience of working within the property sector is advantageous
