An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the team of Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Team and Directors within York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management.
Working directly with the specified Director or Managing Director the role involves helping them to plan their business to support the delivery of YTHFM strategic aims and objectives and the wider Trust organisation.
**Main Duties include**:
First point of contact for all areas for the Director(s), maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship with the Director(s) to enable collaborative delivery of the operational and strategic objectives of the Division
To maintain strong and effective working relationships both internally and externally with staff at all levels as appropriate to progress the business needs of the Director(s) and the wider organisation
A good administrative understanding of their specified Director’s portfolios where it is required
Create high level and professional documents within a range of software packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
To lead and take responsibility for corporate issues for the Director(s) which require initiative and judgement at a higher level

YTHFM are currently funding level 1 membership of a Tailored Healthcare Cash Plan for all substantive Band 2 and 3 staff, on a trial basis and as a gesture of goodwill.
