Join us as a Strategic Finance Partner
- For someone with strong stakeholder management skills and strategic awareness, this is a chance to provide support and challenge to the franchise in achieving its strategic goals
- You’ll be developing, shaping and influencing the strategic direction of the franchise and providing high quality strategic advice and insight to support decision making
- This challenging and rewarding role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to raise your profile across the bank
- We're offering this role for a period of nine months

**What you'll do**:
In particular you'll be responsible for:

- Working closely with the Chief of Staff to provide quality financial insight into the monthly Commercial and Finance Executive Committee (Exco) sessions, including writing briefings where appropriate and delivering relevant updates
- Leading on the budget engagement with Wealth Exco, leveraging relationships across finance to determine critical decision points and supplying Wealth Exco with insight and recommendations
- Coordinating with Planning & Performance to ensure appropriate briefing materials are provided at Exco level

- Strong finance functional knowledge, accounting knowledge and product area and market segment knowledge
- The ability to provoke and lead strategic change within senior executive teams
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of finance professionals, across the broader finance team
