Join us as a Strategic Finance Lead
- In this key role, you’ll be providing business insights and market knowledge to assist key product, cost and investment specific decisions
- You’ll be providing commercial and financial insights and analysis to help influence key business decisions

**What you'll do**:
As a Strategic Finance Lead, you’ll be driving data and analytics thinking required to solve strategic problems, using latest tools and techniques.

In addition, you’ll be:

- Providing investment tracking and forecasting reviews
- Providing critical review and challenge to ensure the optimum use of bank resource presented in investment decisions and business cases
- Driving all business finance requirements, such as month end requirements, strategic planning, functional reporting requirements and ensuring timely escalation of issues
- Leading a team, providing strategic project support and developing talent within the team

**The skills you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate, influence and resolve conflict at a senior level. You’ll also need planning and organisation capabilities, along with the ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and risk and work in a flexible environment.

In addition, you’ll need:

- Strong data analysis and modelling skills
- The ability to communicate complex financial information in a concise and no-technical manner
- The ability to create and review plans, forecasts, models and stress scenarios
- Strong finance functional knowledge, accounting knowledge and product area and market segment knowledge
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of finance professionals
