A dynamic opportunity has emerged within the Lloyds Banking Group's Finance community, specifically within Group Finance Support (GFS), a key function that drives financial reporting, control, people, and culture initiatives. The team comprises 30 finance professionals, partnering with LBG Investments and GCT to deliver a robust control environment.

The role involves driving influence, designing, and implementing Finance Transformation over the next five years. This will not only shape the future of Group Finance Support but also extend beyond its boundaries.

You will be part of an influential team, collaborating with Divisional Finance Directors, Risk Partners, and external auditors to drive business controls and performance improvement. Ensuring robust risk management processes, including SOX and RCSA, are embedded within the team is crucial.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, passion for transformation, and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across different parts of the Group. A qualified finance professional with significant post-qualification experience in control and management is essential.
