Job Description:
The Head of Investment and Treasury will be responsible for overseeing the Group's legal entity financial control framework, ensuring robust risk management processes are embedded within the team, and providing challenge, insight, and decision support to LBG Investments and GCT. You'll also lead the team to support Transformation, driving continuous improvement through data analysis and the use of automation and AI tools.
About You:
We're looking for a qualified finance professional with significant post-qualification experience in control and management and statutory reporting. Your strong understanding of Risk and Control, including RSCA and SOX frameworks, will enable you to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues across different parts of the Group. A passion for creating and driving future transformation and continuous improvement within Finance is essential for success in this role.
