**The Role**

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team in Derby who are responsible for making sure all vehicle movement requests are managed efficiently and effectively to ensure vehicles are delivered on time both internally to our dealer network and externally to our customers, in a cost effective manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Tracking and booking logistics deliveries
- Facilitating movements of all bought and sold cars
- Confirming location and availability of vehicles - helping to drive down aborted movements
- Processing logistics providers and dealer queries
- Building and maintaining relationships with logistics provider and dealerships
- Previous experience of working in a logistics environment is preferable
- Highly organised
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident work on the phone
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Problem solver
