YOUR ROLE

CEVA has been chosen as a preferred outsourcing partner to manage a fully integrated, transformational 3PL fulfilment operation within a flagship purpose-built facility at East Midlands Gateway, increasing our ecommerce offering.

As the Warehouse Administrator you will be required to support the operational team, shift lead and the shift manager by providing effective and efficient administrative duties.

This is a Monday - Friday role working 1:45pm - 22:15pm

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Complete warehouse performance sheets and boards ensuring they are updated as and when required.
- Create, process, file and distribute all required documentation to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Complete daily picking hour boards and provide management with update on figures.
- Arrange collects and deliveries with suppliers and couriers.
- Raise defects through the compliance team, monitor and follow up.
- Be involved in Lean/5S activities and work with continuous improvement.
