Stores Administrator

Tidyco is a family run engineering company based in Derby since 1973 and looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our current engineering team.
We are currently looking to recruit a Stores Administrator/Assistant to join us on a permanent basis in our busy Stores Department. It is important that the person who applies has an eye for detail and is able to follow company working practices so as to ensure the product leaves the company right first time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working as part of a team under the supervision of the Stores Manager
- Printing despatch notes
- Record materials/parts into sage system
- Liaise with other departments when materials/parts arrive
- Despatching schedules
- Sales Invoicing
- Arranging goods to be collected via transport portals
- Transferring stock from warehouses to vans
- Raising forms for duplicated orders/customer returns
- Running reports
- Completing weekly/monthly task as requested
- General Admin duties
- To assist in warehouse duties as and when required
**The Person**:
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
- Good level of IT ability and a willingness to learn
- Must be able to multi-task
- Able to prioritise workload
- Punctual

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
