**Data Processor**

LTK Consultants Ltd is a Birmingham based leading Automotive Consultancy working with top brands such as Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall, and Fiat. Our contact centre is the foundation of our company focusing on customer care, whether that be Parts, Service, Accident Repair or Vehicle Sales.

This is a permanent full-time office-based role. The hours are 40 hours per week worked between the core hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, accuracy driven, highly responsive and wants to join our growing data processing team in a rewarding role and environment.

**Tasks/ Responsibilities**:

- Export, Transform and Load data between multiple systems
- Process and enter data accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Maintain record keeping processes and policies, i.e. GDPR
- Monitor and audit data quality
- Analyse data for on-going reporting
- Produce reports communicating trends of Key Performance Indicators to both internal and external customers.
- Respond to data-related queries

**Skills/Experience**:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Familiarity of data models/ database design
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- VBA and/ or Power Query would be desirable but not essential
- Some PowerBI experience would be desirable (or some other type of BI suite like Tableau)
- Good communication skills
