Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Birmingham? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Administrator at our growing branch. Located in Birmingham, our office is at the heart of the action.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle pricing and processing of orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing internal and external enquiries.
- Manage printing labels, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining live updates using company and client systems.
- Perform general office admin activities including invoicing, utilizing Office 365 and SAP, and preparing estimates for trade customers.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to optimize costs and follow up on quotations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Industry knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP (Sales and Service Management element) is preferred.
- Strong data entry, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze information, communicate verbally, and report effectively.
- Proven capability in managing processes with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Numerically literate with a keen eye for detail.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year.

- Full-time position with Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm working hours and 22 days holiday entitlement.
