Clinical Leadership & Governance Review and develop clinical practice polices and procedures appropriate to Lancashire Women and in adherence to required ethical and regulatory standards. To facilitate / chair the clinical governance group ensuring key issues are reported and updated to the Governance Sub Committee of the Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis and feed into a process of continuous clinical practice improvement. Manage and monitor all safeguarding cases and incidents offering expert advice and support across the organisation. Produce quarterly reports for the board, senior leadership team and safeguarding group Participate in an organisation wide working group linking clinical practice, Safeguarding and Trauma Informed working as these have some overlapping and important shared priorities for clinical and other casework staff.

Review recruitment and retention policies for clinical staff alongside HR Duty of care to report safeguarding appropriately as they may arise and ensure others in the team also do the same. Participate in, respond to and investigate any complaints that arise within the team Communications & Reporting Produce clear and concise reports for various stakeholders including the Board of Trustees Communicate as appropriate through various written and in person channels including team meetings, bulletins for SharePoint etc Ensure KPIs are met for commissioners and are monitored General Duties To ensure that required standards of health and safety are maintained. To work flexibly as and when required and to support other team members as needed. To uphold the policies and ethos of Lancashire Womens Centres at all times.
