Join Our Team as a Clinical Lead in CAMHS

We are proud to partner with a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality care of young people aged 10-18 in our CAMHS service, which specializes in supporting children with mental health problems located in Blackburn, close to Preston.

Some children in this service may present with extreme risks, including suicidal thoughts or actions, self-harming, fire-setting, and various other offending behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to young people aged 10-18
  • Provide strong leadership skills for other members of the team, supporting and guiding them
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) or (RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • A minimum of 3 years of CAMHS or mental health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
