**Your Role**

As part of the team, you will work with our multi-brand Distribution partners (UK and Ireland Dealer network) and internal functions to deliver high quality and responsive Aftersales Customer Service support. This is a fix term contract for 5 months - starting in end of May.

**Your Impact**
- Liaise with internal functions to support Customer Service-related queries within targeted response times on customer order enquiries.
- Proactive feedback to Dealers to communicate actions undertaken to resolve customer issues.
- Handle/answer pricing queries.
- Liaise with Shipping Dept to resolve customer freight issues / identify opportunities for service enhancements.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a CS Co-ordinator role is required to successfully hold the CS Co-ordinator position.
- Strong communication skills and the building of effective relationships.
- Familiar with Excel pivot tables and formula creation.
- Able to work under pressure and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of logistics/supply chain beneficial.
