About The Role - This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

**Essential**:

- Support leaders across the business to deliver organisational success in change management and organisation design (including restructure/ redundancy processes).
- Coach, develop and support leaders to develop their people management capability, advising on complex people issues and casework
- Develop existing reporting and MI and provide analysis on key HR trends with solutions and plans to address issues
- Work closely with the L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
- Work closely with the Talent team to hire the best talent
- Focus on talent management including workforce and succession planning
- Support the Head of HR Operations in driving and implementing the overall People plan strategy that is aligned to company
- wide strategic priorities
- Co-lead on a number of HR people and culture projects including DEI, CSR, Health and Wellbeing, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Acquisition and Integration management
- Ensure implementation of and adherence to employment legislation and company policies
- Act as a coach and mentor to more junior member of the HR team
- Be an ambassador of the HR function through professionalism and practice

- **Group HR and Operations** -Ensuring consistency across UK and Group functions where applicable
- **Learning and Development**:

- Linking workforce planning to learning and development offerings
- **Talent Acquisition** - Providing workforce planning and organisation design input to talent acquisition strategy and planning activities
- **Business Intelligence and Planning**:

- Connecting internal communications with internal transformation projects
- **SLT and SMT**:

- For company wide strategic initiatives

- Must be able to travel on a regular basis, often on short notice or when situations arise

**Position Summary**

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the leadership teams to deliver initiatives to build engagement, drive performance and address operational challenges. You will have significant experience of operating as a strategic and operationalBusiness Partner - building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. Your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development and managing change. Commercially aware, you will possess strong communicationand influencing skills.
