**Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until Feb 2025**

**Salary**:£30,000 - £35,000

**Location**:Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in our Dunstable office.

**What you'll do**:

- Support internal teams with queries and manage expenses queries from the business.
- Handle letter management, parental leave, job changes, Court Order Leavers, etc.) and third-party forms (references, mortgage requests).
- Check name changes in line with RTW requirements.
- Support right to work and visa expiry process and ensure data requests are serviced within legislative timescales.
- Assist with contacting line managers about payroll overpayments and auditing claims to business processes.
- Sort the post each day.

**What you'll need**:
**What you’ll do**
- Partner with senior Operational and HR leaders to define and deliver the operations reward agenda and roadmap.
- Lead the design and delivery of the annual reward and recognition programme, working in collaboration with our Operations Directors and Regional Managers.
- Oversee daily reward activities like job evaluation and salary benchmarking, ensuring alignment with frameworks.
- Manage key Reward projects across the UK, including the annual pay and incentive cycle for all operations teams.
- Manage a small team (Advisor and Reward Partner).
- Develop innovative reward initiatives that support the delivery of our operational goals.
