**Are you looking for a role as a maintenance assistant? Would you enjoy maintaining our iconic historical building?**

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham.

**As a Maintenance Assistant you will** work as part of the maintenance team responsible for making sure the property is kept to a high standard. The role will cover both reactive and planned preventative work and will also involve compliance work including property audits and recording important data such as meter readings.

In return the role offers some excellent benefits including free meals on duty, a complimentary two nights stay at one of our De Vere Hotels each year, 50% off all food and drink plus additional overnight stays at only £50 per room and a paid day off for your birthday
