E-commerce Executive

Our office and warehouses are based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, a short drive from North and West London, and on the tube line (station: Chesham / Metropolitan Line).

**The Role - Summary**:
After sustained growth over the last 12 months, we are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to assist the eCommerce Manager in the day-to-day management of our Consumer and Trade Shopify websites and Amazon store. You will take responsibility for our weekly product launches, implement basic SEO and assist with digital marketing surrounding the stores.

You will have a passion for all things digital marketing with a willingness to learn. Collectively, with a hard-working and outside-the-box approach, you will have a great opportunity to grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the eCommerce manager run 2x Shopify and 1x Amazon stores.
- Weekly product launch management - Including product listing creation, image editing, basic SEO and inventory set-up.
- On-going product listing management - Bring historic listings up to standard.
- Basic SEO - Optimise images, listings and pages.
- Support eCommerce manager with digital marketing tasks - including upselling, reward programs, wish lists, live chat and others.
- Amazon store housekeeping - create and refine listings to a good standard.
- Product photography creation and portfolio maintenance.
- Support with inventory management.
- Liaise with the warehouse team.
- Ongoing projects set by the eCommerce manager in line with company and department growth plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
