**Are you a skilled Maintenance Supervisor? Would you enjoy maintaining our iconic historical building?**

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham.

**As a Maintenance Supervisor you will** work as part of the maintenance team responsible for making sure the property is kept to a high standard. You will also be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager with Risk Management in your areas of responsibility, covering Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, DDA and Fire Safety, ensuring that the venue is fully compliant with all legislative responsibilities.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Knowledge and experience of Maintenance Supervisor work including plumbing, electrics and decorating
- The ability to prioritise work efficiently and keep people informed on planned completion timelines
- You are enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
