Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to proactively drive sales and make a real difference as part of our Sales function to develop new business and grow our existing business. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the confidence and ability to connect to both new and existing customers, primarily over the telephone, and who is hungry to drive sales to make a significant contribution to our business. You will work from home, with responsibility for sales generation across Birmingham and its regions.
**Sales Executive Responsibilities**:
Proactively contact by phone and build relationships with new and existing customers.
Proactively promote the Hoval brand, to include product sales, service contracts and heating solutions
Generate new sales opportunities for our Area (Birmingham and its environs) and ensure new opportunities are followed through to order.
Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to interact more closely and proactively with customers.
**Sales Executive Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrating the ability to work with people at all levels in a professional and friendly manner, especially over the telephone.
Proactive sales skills: able to generate new sales opportunities, handle objections and close sales to maximise potential.
A flexible, friendly and enthusiastic approach.
Plenty of self-motivation and lots of ambition.
Organisational skills: with a clear ability to plan and organise your own workload.

**Hours**: Full Time, 36.5 hours (Monday to Friday)
**Salary**: £22,000 plus commission
