**Title**:Residential Children's Support Worker

**Location**:Runcorn (Multiple Locations Available)

**Job Purpose**:
We're seeking dedicated individuals to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As a residential support worker, you will be a key player in creating a respectful atmosphere in the home where children's needs are at the heart of everything we do. Your role is crucial in empowering these young individuals to grow and reach their full potential.

**Shift Patterns**:

- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Shift work required from 9am to 11pm, including a sleep-in shift.
- The typical pattern is 2 shifts on, followed by 4 shifts off.

**Salary**:

- With a starting entry level base pay of £10.90/hr that progressively increases up to £11.80/hr depending on your experience and qualification, you stand to earn between £22,105.20 - £23,727.60 annually for a 39-hour week. Enquire to find out more
- There are also opportunities to increase your income through sleep-ins, potentially adding between £3,000 - £6,000 to your annual earnings.

- Promoting education and daily living skills
- Undertaking key worker responsibilities

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
While prior experience and qualifications are appreciated, they are not a prerequisite for this role. We're looking for:

- Caring, flexible, and resilient individuals
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate and diligent
- **Valid driver's license is essential**
