We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a mature lady who lives at home with her husband and pet cat in Runcorn and requires support throughout the day on a 2:1 basis to support her complex care needs.

She loves to take pride in her appearance, having her hair, nails and makeup done and enjoys spending quality time with her family and care team. She enjoys accessing the community and spending time in her garden when she can.

She shares a big interest with her husband in vintage motor bikes and motor homes and enjoys enjoys accessing the community and spending time in her garden when she can.

**Our ideal care team will be vaccinated against COVID 19 as it is essential for this position**

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months of previous care experience
- Personal Care experience
- Moving and handling
- Medication Administration

**Desired Experience**
- Spinal injury Awareness

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Days
- 8am - 8pm
- 2 Shifts Per Week

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£156 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weekends: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)

**This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst you will be delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and her family.**
