Housing Support Worker Opportunity
Cheshire, Monday to Friday, 9-5. We are looking for a Housing Support Worker to join our team at Sellick Partnership.

We support an organisation to recruit for a Housing Support Worker on a fixed term basis. The role involves providing intensive support to individuals in temporary accommodation, addressing housing needs and complex issues.

The successful candidate will offer practical assistance with benefit applications, housing sustainment, health, education, employment, and addiction support. They will collaborate with support agencies to ensure a high-quality network for individuals.

We work with local residents, communities, and organisations to foster positive relationships and community cohesion. The candidate will educate partners on the needs of the people we support and maintain positive partnerships.

They will develop and implement individualised support plans, including risk assessment and management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals in temporary accommodation.
  • Assist with benefit applications and housing sustainment.
  • Work with support agencies to provide a high-quality network for individuals.
  • Foster positive relationships and community cohesion.
  • Educate partners on the needs of the people we support.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans.


Essential Criteria:
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience in housing support, community engagement, or a similar background.


This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
