**Our superheroes don't wear capes, they just_: _**
- We do Not provide Sponsorship, You Must have right to work in UK
- Have experience in care, or if not, they are willing to learn this in our super professional training.
- Have a great personality, a caring and compassionate nature, and a true desire to help vulnerable people
- Are willing to spend at least 2 weeks on a placement. Of course depending on their super powers they can stay longer, even for a few months
