HRGO are looking for an Office Administrator for our client based in Dover. You will be working primarily alongside the existing admin team, where your duties will be varied and will keep you challenged. Tasks can range from distributing enquiries to thesales team to processing customer orders and payments, plus other interesting and varied responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:

- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries and passing to the correct department
- Liaising with suppliers
- Processing orders and payments
- Checking and updating customer details
- Reviewing customers marketing material
- General office duties
- Working with our in-house CRM, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and our website

On successful completion of probation, the company can also offer Hybrid working, between the office and home.

Hours are 9.00am - 5.30p, Monday to Friday.
