HRGO are recruiting an Administration Assistant for a successful company who have a new office based in Dover.

Office duties Include:
Customer Quotations, Liaising with Clients and Councils, Researching local areas, issuing permits and general administration duties required.

The successful applicant must be able to work under pressure, have an excellent and professional telephone manner, use own initiative and be able to work alone at times. Excellent MS Office skills are required and you must be able to prioritise your workload.

Full training will be given.

Hours are (during training) 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday, once trained 11am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Salary depending on experience.
