Citizens Advice Oxford is looking for a skilled trainer to join our team and work alongside our established Training Officer. Together you will ensure quality training and development is provided to all our staff and volunteers.

This role has the option of office-based or hybrid working, and requires your weekly presence in Oxford.

You will report to the Quality and Training Lead, and your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and development, including: helping formulate the office's yearly training, volunteering strategy and development plans for staff and volunteers; developing and delivering a range of training programmes.
- Training, including: ensuring new volunteers and paid staff receive a good quality induction into the learning programme for their role; identifying the individual training and development needs of staff and volunteers; delivering the Citizens Advice adviser training programme and assisting trainees through self-learning modules and review progress on a regular basis; researching, designing and deliver training programmes, sessions, lesson plans and materials.

This position also offers 28 days of holiday per annum pro rata, plus pro rata bank holiday allowance, and 5% employer pension contribution.
