**PA to COO (Maternity Contract)**

**£40,000-£43,000 AAE**

**Excellent opportunity has arisen for an experience Personal Assistant to work on a 9-12 FTC Maternity contract, working for this privately-owned, residentially led property developer, specialising in the delivery of design-led, high-quality schemes throughout London and the South-East. Their portfolio covers high-end boutique developments**

**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY**:
As a Personal Assistant you will provide hands-on administrative and secretarial support to the COO, who is an Executive Board member.
- Manage and co-ordinate the COO's diary for internal and external meetings, including all professional engagements and any other appointments, (including personal such as dentist, doctors etc.)- Maintain a schedule of Board, Executive Management meetings and others, ensuring agendas, reports and minutes are typed and distributed in a timely manner- Ensure rooms are booked and refreshments and lunch are arranged with the Office Manager, when required-
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports & presentations- competence with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (this involves proof reading, editing, and reworking these documents)- Arrange event bookings, travel, and accommodation- Orchestrate and manage the organisation of high profile and critical meetings involving an extensive range of internal and external attendees-
- Manage all expenses- To manage and control any budgets assigned to you, in accordance with agreed procedures and timetables. This will also involve the periodic negotiation of supplier contracts- To maintain high standards of probity and confidentiality- An element of dealing with personal business for the COO- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff as required- Work with the EA to the CEO on various meetings / events- Arrange staff events**Requirements**:

- Min 3/5 years PA Experience- Highly organised/Pro-active- Property PA background preferred- Experience working on MacBooks is ideal- Highly developed IT skills: Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint**Please send your CV immediately - The client is interviewing asap
