We have the opportunity for a **Scheme Delivery Associate** to join the team and manage a portfolio of pension schemes through the assessment period process within the PPF legislative framework.
The position will be working closely with the Scheme Delivery Manager or the Scheme Delivery Portfolio Manager, depending on the scheme, to process them through the PPF assessment period. The role requires close involvement and management of all stakeholders including trustees, actuaries, and scheme administrators to deliver projects in line with the agreed project plans and budgets. It also requires liaising with relevant internal departments to resolve technical issues and ensure a smooth progress either through transition of the schemes transferring into the PPF or for overfunded cases to successful buy-out.
Our ideal applicant will have experience of working within the Financial Services sector, ideally, they will have a Pensions industry background, and will hold either a relevant pension qualification or have the equivalent experience from within the sector. Applications must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage projects, within time and budget, along with strong communication skills, both written and verbally, to interpret complex technical issues and influence and persuade a variety of stakeholders.
