**About Us**: We are a small, reputable used car dealership based in Southport. Our mission is to provide quality vehicles and exceptional customer service to our local valued clients. We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team on a casual, part-time basis to assist with site maintenance and customer service when the owner is not on site.

**Responsibilities**:
**Site Maintenance**:

- General housekeeping of the site and ensuring cleanliness.
- Valeting and preparing vehicles for sale.
- Setting up visual displays and ensuring vehicles are presented attractively.

**Customer Service**:

- Meeting and greeting new customers.
- Gathering customer details and assisting with enquiries
- Offering exceptional customer service and promoting our stock.
- Being the point of contact for customers in the owner’s absence.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a clean driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
