**Hours**:2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance

**Pay rate**:£31,398 to £33,474 per annum* (depending on qualifications).** **Opportunities to pick up extra shifts, overtime and bank holidays paid at enhanced rate

**Essential requirements**:at least 12 months experience in a children's residential care home, a level 3 (or above) diploma in residential child care (or at least 50% complete) and a full driving licence issued in the UK

**The role**:
The Conifers is a solo service, providing therapeutic care for a young person who may initially struggle to live in a larger group home and with other children.
