We are an outstanding property services and business consulting company based in Staffordshire.
We are constantly growing and adapting to new market and client needs.
Our main services support the Lettings industry and include property Inventories, Inspections, and Check-outs, but we also provide Photography, Floor plans, Virtual tours, PAT testing, Legionella Risk Assessments and more.
We cover Staffordshire, Cheshire and Derbyshire but the majority of your work will be in Staffordshire (Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and other surrounding areas) and therefore a transport vehicle is needed.

You will be mainly field-based spending time inside properties to conduct your role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting Property Inventories and Check-outs
- Property visits (Inspections) at tenanted properties
- Health & Safety Compliance checks and recording maintenance issues
- Communicating and coordinating with different clients

**With a focus on adding value, the role of Customer Service practitioner will contribute to the efficiency of our organisation, through support of functional areas,**
**working across teams and resolving issues as requested.**

- (Minimum apprentice wage is £5.28 per hour and the contract must be at least 30 hours per week - most apprentices work between 30-40 hours per week)_
**Working Week: Monday - Friday includes some home working**
**(Flexible 30 working hours)**
**1 hour lunch breaks**
**Apprenticeship Standard and Duration**:
**This apprenticeship standard is an ideal programme for those wishing to develop their customer service skills to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation.**
**Developing skills to enable you to provide a high quality service to customers which will be**
**delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.**
**This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of planned learning sessions, workplace visits, on and off the job training and 1 to 1 support**
**Apprenticeship will be provided by Stepping Stones Education & Training in Customer Service L2**
