Accounts Administrator Basildon
HAYS are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established leading provider of reactive and planned commercial property maintenance, based in Basildon. They are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You willbe responsible for the accounts function within the business as well as assisting external parties when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering all supplier and client invoices
- Bank payments, receipts and reconciliation
- VAT processing and submission
- Preparation of data for Foreign VAT returns
- Processing payments and VAT returns for Ireland
- Processing payments for HMRC
- Credit control
- Forecasting for MD
- Prepare salary excel sheets for sending to the accountant
- CIS processing and submission Domestic reverse charge
- Enter all payments to sage
- General admin around accounts role

**Requirements**:

- AAT/ACCA
- Must have previous Accounts experience
- Experience working within the Facilities Maintenance/Property Management industry would be advantageous Must be experienced with using Sage50
- Experience with processing Euro and Nordic currency invoices and payment
- CIS & Foreign Trader experience
- Excel literate

Job Details:
Monday - Friday 5:30-8:30PM Salary of £28,000 + DOE Holiday allowance is 20 days + Bank
