Overview of Role

This a permanent position reporting directly to the Talent and Attraction Partner and will be a mixture of home working and working from our offices in Chorley or Warrington. If you are organised, have great customer service skills and looking for your next opportunity then this could be the role for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment telephone line, take messages and filter calls to appropriate members of the team
- Create well written job adverts and post them to several online job boards
- Showcase job vacancies and recruitment/business achievements across multiple social media channels i.e. LinkedIn
- Assist the Talent Partner with administrative tasks and organisation of Career Fairs

Expeirence
- Previous experience in a similar role, Internal recruitment or agency recruitment is a benefit
- Fantastic adminsitrative skills with good written and verbal communication skills
- Adapatable and able to work in a fast paced environment
- High level of organisation
