The Architect will be predominantly working within the healthcare sector and therefore experience within this sectoris advantageous. The ideal Architect will live within a commutable distance of Chorley and have a good knowledge of Revit.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Architect to join an expanding Architectural Practice and progress with their career. The Architect will be Part 3 qualified and will have experience of working as an Architect within the Constructionindustry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect with a client that is caring about employees and clients, maintaining long lasting relationships in both areas. They are an award-winning creative team, responsive to our client requirements, applyingtechnical expertise and commercial realism to effectively resolve complex issues and produce well-designed, innovative, and deliverable buildings.

**ArchitectPosition Overview**
- Work on projects predominantly within the Healthcare sector
- Manage a number of design projects simultaneously
- Liaise with the design team to ensure projects are run efficiently and effectively
- Engage with clients, external agencies and consultants
- Liaise with clients to ensure projects are run on time and within budget
- Design projects using Revit
- Work across all RIBA stages
- Work with clients and develop key relationships

**ArchitectPosition Requirements**
- Part 3 qualified Architect
- ARB registered
- Previous experience of leading teams and projects
- Good knowledge of Revit
- Experience of working within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential
- Be within a commutable distance to Chorley

**ArchitectPosition Remuneration**
